Jim Burns joined the Pankey's operation in 1958 as a partner to Jack Pankey Sr. and today still runs the company in his role as President and CEO. Jim's son, Eric, joined the organization in 1984 and today oversees the company's operations and finances as Vice President of Operations. Mario Soto, who joined the Pankey's family in 1983, is the Shop Foreman and manages the mechanical staff and shop floor.
